1. Overview
This website, tankshirtsstore.com, is operated by Tank Shirts Store ("we", "us", "our"), located on Calle Pachuca, Ciudad de México, C.P. 14140, Mexico. By visiting our site or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

2. Our Products
We sell officially licensed football merchandise, including club and national team shirts, jackets, training wear, caps, name and number sets, patches, match details and collectibles. Our products are sourced directly from official club stores and authorized retailers.

We offer both new and used items, including match-worn and vintage collector's pieces:

  • New items are sold in their original condition, with tags when applicable.
  • Used and vintage items may show signs of wear, age, washing or storage. This is described in each product listing and is not considered a defect or hidden flaw.

Please review the photos and description of each item carefully before purchasing.

3. Product Images and Descriptions
We make every effort to show our products accurately. Actual colors may vary slightly depending on your screen, resolution and lighting. Size charts are provided for reference; please check them before ordering.

4. Prices and Payment
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD) unless otherwise indicated. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. Prices do not include shipping, which is calculated at checkout. Payment must be completed in full before an order is processed.

5. Orders
Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if a product is unavailable, if there is an error in the listed price or description, or if we suspect fraudulent activity. In that case, any payment received will be refunded in full.

6. Shipping
Orders are processed and shipped from Mexico within 7 business days. A tracking number will be sent by email once your order ships. Delivery times, carriers and costs are described in our Shipping Policy. Delays caused by carriers, customs or postal services are beyond our control.

7. Customs, Duties and Taxes
Tank Shirts Store covers all export fees required in Mexico. Depending on the destination country, international orders may be subject to import duties, taxes or customs fees when they arrive. These charges are not always applied, but when they are, they are set by local authorities and are the responsibility of the customer.

8. Returns, Exchanges and Refunds
Returns, exchanges and refunds are handled according to our Return & Exchange Policy. In summary:

  • Exchanges may be requested within 5 days of delivery.
  • Items must be returned in the same condition they were sent.
  • Shipping costs are paid by the customer, except when the error is ours.
  • Personalized items are final sale, except in case of an error or defect on our part.

9. Personalized Products
For items with a name and number applied, the customer is responsible for confirming the correct name, number and size before purchasing.

10. Intellectual Property
All team names, crests, logos and trademarks belong to their respective owners. Tank Shirts Store is an independent retailer. While we maintain commercial relationships with some clubs, we are not officially affiliated with or endorsed by any club, federation or brand unless expressly stated. The content of this website (texts, photos and design) belongs to Tank Shirts Store and may not be used without permission.

11. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Tank Shirts Store is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the product in question.

12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes take effect when they are published on this page.

13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Mexico.
