Return & Exchange Policy

At Tank Shirts Store we want you to be happy with your purchase. Because most of our orders are shipped internationally, returns and exchanges involve extra cost and complexity. For that reason, the following conditions apply:

Exchange window
You may request an exchange within 5 days after your order has been delivered. Please contact us at gol@tankshirtsstore.com or +52 55 4130 0107 before sending any item back.

Condition of the item
Items must be returned in the same condition they were sent: unworn, with no stains, damage or alterations, and with original tags and packaging when applicable. Once we receive the item, it will be inspected before the exchange is approved.

Shipping costs
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Once the returned item has been inspected and approved, the replacement will be shipped, also at the customer's expense.

Errors on our part
If we sent the wrong item, the wrong size, or a defective product, Tank Shirts Store will cover all shipping costs, and you may choose an exchange or a return. This applies to all products, including personalized items.

Refunds
Refunds are only issued in specific cases involving damaged items. Each case is reviewed individually. To request a refund, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos of the item and its packaging. Once reviewed, we will let you know whether a refund applies and how it will be processed.

Personalized items
Personalized products (for example, shirts with a name and number applied) are final sale. They are not eligible for exchanges, returns or refunds, except in the case of an error or defect on our part.
